Create User Account

User Account Information
Username:	Username is required.	Enter a user name of your choice. Suggest you use an easy to remember username format such as first.lastname, or your email address.
Password:	Password is required.	Enter a password with a minimum of 8 characters. Use passwords with a combination of numbers, alphanumberic characters and special characters where possible.
Confirm Password:	Confirm Password is required.	Re-enter the password.
Email:	Email is required.	Enter a valid email address in lower case format.
Question:	Question is required.	Enter security question of your choice which will be used to recover your account details. The minimum length of the question is 10 characters.
Answer:	Answer is required.	Provide the answer to the security question. The minimum length of the answer is 4 characters.
