Wiltshire Squash County Development Plan
While we are all locked down and locked out of squash clubs Wiltshire Squash are busy planning for the future! Behind the scenes we are getting organised to make sure Wiltshire Squash comes back stronger.

With that in mind, we are pleased to announce that Dan Binns has been appointed to work with the county to deliver a Development Plan for Wiltshire Squash.

Dan has worked with Hampshire Squash for the past 18 months developing squash in schools, the County Schools Games, setting up junior clubs and developing coaching networks. He will bring his Hampshire experience to Wiltshire to help us move forward.

Dan began playing squash as a junior 42 (!) years ago and still plays team squash now for 5 Rivers in Salisbury. He's played squash at county level as a junior and more recently for the O-35, O-45 and O-50s. He is a Level 2 coach and coaches all abilities across Wiltshire, Hampshire and Dorset. He is also a Level 1 tutor. In addition, Dan has over 30 years’ experience of the development and delivery of marketing and sales strategies, team management and mentoring.

In the coming months Dan will work with England Squash and Wiltshire Squash to formulate and execute a targeted development plan involving clubs, schools and partners around Wiltshire to grow both squash and racketball. Working together we can all look forward to a healthy future for squash in Wiltshire. Look out for more from Dan on this subject soon!
