General Info: There are 70 children taking part and therefore we have a lot of matches to get through so it would be appreciated if you can keep to the report times. On arrival please register at the tournament desk. For those who have yet to pay you will be required to make payment (£5) at this time. Photographs will be taken throughout the afternoon therefore if you have any objections to this please make it known when you register. Children should wear sports kit with non-marking shoes and a reminder that eye protection is mandatory whilst on court; glasses will be available to loan but you are encouraged to bring your own. There will also be a small number available to purchase on the day (£18). There are water fountains available but please remember to bring your own water bottle! Don’t forget to also bring your swimming kit if you would like to take advantage of the swimming pool and spa facilities. Children who are competing will have complimentary access to these facilities but other family members wishing to join them will be required to pay a guest fee.
